No Yolking™ – Et Tu Caesar Dressing

This cheesy tasting dressing is great as a caesar or on any green salad. The Et Tu Caesar Dressing is Loaded with lecithin, B12, Olive oil and No Yolking™ egg white protein powder. The combination of olive oil and egg white protein is said to help relieve back pain according to an article in Olive Oil Times.

If storing in the fridge some settling may occur. Just shake and pour.


  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp No Yolking™ Egg protein powder
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener sub in (xylitol)
  • 1 tsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt or himalayan salt


Place all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend for 2 minutes and done.
