For Muskoka Mornings®, the focus is always on high-quality eggs and supporting local

By: Kerry Foreman, Owner and Founder of Muskoka Mornings® We know that you take the quality of the products you consume seriously. We do, too!  That’s why we here at Muskoka Mornings® make it a top priority to focus on quality — the highest quality possible, in fact.  What makes our No Yolking™ 100% Egg White Protein Powder stand out from our competitors?  To make our protein powder, we use high-quality Canadian eggs sourced from local farmers, unlike some companies who import egg powders from countries with much less quality control imposed on the care and conditions of their hens.  By using high-quality eggs in our protein powder, we are able to make you a protein that is paleo- and keto-friendly, gluten-free, GMO-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian! On top of this, our powder is hormone-, antibiotic-, and sugar-free with NO fillers!

The eggs we use in our protein powder are dried and packaged right here in Ontario so we can ensure exactly what is going into producing our egg white powder. Plus, we make our bags and package them in a powered by Bullfrog facility right here in Ontario, too! We value eggs that are hatched from well-fed hens who live in well-lit and well-ventilated barns to ensure we receive the highest quality eggs. In Ontario, farmers feed their hens a balanced diet of grains, vitamins and minerals as per the Canadian Code of Practice. Once the eggs are laid, they are collected on a daily basis and packed right on the farm and stored in a cooling room until they are picked up by the grading station truck. Once the eggs are in the grading station, they are washed and cleaned and then graded according to Canada Grade A standards for quality, freshness, and cleanliness. This process ensures that Canadians always receive the highest quality eggs on store shelves —  and in our No Yolking™ 100% Egg White Protein Powder. No Yolking™ is a Clean Protein We can assure our customers that No Yolking™ 100% Egg White Protein Powder is one of the healthiest powders on the market. While most protein powder brands are chock full of various ingredients and fillers, we use one clean ingredient —  Canadian eggs. A long ingredient list in a protein powder is a tell-tale sign that the powders are highly processed; that means they’re also more likely to be higher in calories, salt, fat, and added sugars. With No Yolking™, you know you’re getting a clean egg white powder with all 21 amino acids your body needs to work best.  On top of this, these highly processed protein powders are more likely to contain less vitamins and minerals since they are not made from whole foods.  an image of the No Yolking ingredient list Muskoka Mornings® Puts the Focus on Local Ultimately, the ethical practices of the companies producing these other highly-processed protein powders is unclear. It’s hard to say exactly how their ingredients are being produced, or if the animals producing their eggs are well fed and kept in clean environments, etc. This is why Muskoka Mornings® focuses on the importance of shopping locally and only using ingredients we know are of the best quality. Even all of our No Yolking™ recipes are created using high-quality, seasonal ingredients in order to inspire and create the most delicious and protein-packed recipe ideas.
