Since No Yolking™ is 100% egg whites there’s a possibility it can cook or scramble when added to hot foods or beverages, so you always want to “temper” the eggs first. ⁠

Tempering is a technique that lets you warm the protein powder up slowly by combining the protein powder with room temperature or lukewarm liquid from your recipe, think water, milk or broth. Once it’s warmed up you can go ahead and whisk it into your hot mixture and stir until totally combined. ⁠
