INGEDIENTS:
1/3 cup (75 mL) unsweetened non-dairy milk, such as almond, oat or soy
2 tbsp (30 mL) unsweetened organic cocoa powder
1 tbsp (20 g) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1 cup (250 mL) freshly brewed hot coffee
Natural sweeter, such as monk sugar or stevia
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place milk, cocoa powder and protein powder in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add *hot coffee and sweetener, to taste. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy. Pour and enjoy.
Tip: Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
