INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup (175 mL) cold-pressed olive oil
1/3 cup (75 mL) lemon juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) red wine vinegar
3 tbsp (45 mL) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
2 tsp (10 mL) dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
2 small cloves large garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Place olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, protein powder, mustard, honey, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic in a blender or mini chopper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer to an airtight container, such as a mason jar. Store tightly covered, in the refrigerator, for up to 1 week. Stir well before serving.

Tip: Use the Greek Dressing on a variety of salads, power bowls, to marinate meat or as a flavourful dip for veggie sticks.
