1 1/3 cups (325 mL) unsweetened almond milk, divided
1 decaf chai tea bag
1 tbsp (15 mL) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1 tsp (5 mL) each stevia and pure vanilla extract 
1 oz (30 mL) freshly brewed espresso (optional)


  1. Heat 1 cup (250 mL) milk until steaming; pour over tea bag. Let steep for minutes. 
  2. Meanwhile, in a large coffee mug, whisk together remaining milk and 1 tbsp (15 mL) protein powder until smooth and frothy (a wand frother works really well for this). Add stevia and vanilla. Add espresso (if using). 
  3. Pour steeped tea over frothed milk mixture and serve.
