Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) prepared hummus
1/3 cup (75 mL) vinaigrette-style dressing
2 tbsp (30 mL) Muskoka Mornings No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked quinoa
1 cup (250 mL) chopped cucumber
1 cup (250 mL) chopped tomato
1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled goat or sheep’s feta
Gluten-free crackers
Instructions
- Spread hummus in a thin layer on a shallow platter. Whisk dressing with egg white powder until smooth.
- Toss dressing with quinoa and scatter over hummus.
- Toss cucumbers with tomato and feta.
- Sprinkle over quinoa. Serve with crackers.
