These come together quickly so they’re perfect for a weeknight dinner. Just be sure to chill the patties to prevent them from breaking on the grill. Makes: 4 servings


1/3 cup (75 mL) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1 tbsp (15 mL) dried dill
2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
1 tsp (5 mL) each onion and garlic powder
3/4 tsp (4 mL) each sea salt and pepper
1 lb (500 g) lean ground turkey or chicken
1 small apple, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil 
4 No Yolking™ Egg White Protein Buns 
Sliced tomato
4 Boston lettuce leaves
Thinly sliced red onion


  1. In a large bowl, combine protein powder, dill, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add turkey and apple; mix gently and thoroughly. Let stand for 5 minutes; form into four burgers. Chill for 20 minutes.  
  2. Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease the grates well. Add burgers and reduce heat to medium heat. Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side, flipping only one to two times, or until cooked through. Layer tomato, lettuce, burger and onion on the egg white bun. 

Tip: Top the grilled burgers with a light and creamy sauce, such as our Greek Salad Dressing or All-Purpose Creamy Lemon Vinaigrette
