INGREDIENTS:

3 cups (750 mL) non-dairy milk
2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
6 tbsp (30 g) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup or honey
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) minced ginger
1 tsp (5 mL) ground turmeric 
2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place ingredients in blender, in the order listed.
  2. Blend, starting on the lowest setting for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually increase speed to highest setting. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately. 

Tip: Add a ripe banana or avocado for a really creamy texture.
