INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) non-dairy milk, such as oat milk, coconut milk or almond milk
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) baby spinach
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh mint
1/4 cup (60 mL) Muskoka Mornings No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1 tbsp (15 mL) stevia
Dark chocolate shavings, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a high-powered blender, milk, spinach, ice cubes, avocado, mint, egg white powder and stevia.
- Blend on high-speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired.
Tip: Recipe can easily be cut in half if only serving one person.
