No Yolking™ Baked Chicken Wings
These protein-packed crispy coated wings are so easy, so delicious and great for Keto, Paleo and Super Bowl Fans. Grab a Ziplock Bag or a bowl with lid to really shake it up with the dry ingredients.
Makes: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
3 to 4 lb chicken wings
4 tbsp. of No Yolking™ egg white protein powder
4 tbsp. of almond flour
2 tbsp. of brown rice or chickpea flour
1 tsp. of paprika
1 tsp. of Himalayan Sea Salt
1 tsp. of black pepper
2 tbsp. of dried thyme
2 tbsp. of dried parsley
1tsp. of coriander
1 tsp. of garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn oven on to 400°f. Mix all of the dried ingredients in a large Ziplock bag or mix into a bowl. Add 6-8 wings at a time and shake until fully coated. Place them on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven for a total of 40 minutes, flipping them around the 20 minute mark.
That’s it. Serve with our No Yolking™ Sour Cream and some baked sweet potato fries. Yum!
