Makes: 2 1/2 cups (625 mL)

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) non-dairy milk, such as almond, oat or coconut
1/4 cup (60 mL) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) sliced frozen peaches
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Place milk, protein powder and vanilla in a high-power blender or food processor. Mix on low for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add peaches and blueberries. Process on high speed, scraping the sides as needed, until smooth and well combined. Serve immediately.
